FAQ

Is Reception Open 24 hours?

Our reception is open from 7.00am until 10.00pm except for Public Holidays when it is open from 8.00am - 10.00pm. However we have a night manager who lives on site and can be contacted in an emergency.

 

Is there parking on site?

Yes. We have complimentary car parking available on site for one vehicle per apartment. For information on parking trucks and larger vehicles please contact reception.

 

Do you have room service?

We have chargeback arrangements with a number of local restaurants and two of these will deliver your meal to your room. Takeaway and home delivery menus are also available in reception for a range of cusines.

 

Do you have Foxtel?

While we do not have Foxtel, in-house movies are available in the apartments. Prices start at $14.95 per movie with some packages available. If there is a particular match / sporting event you would like to watch on Foxtel please speak to our friendly reception staff for details of local pubs which provide this service.
